The palace is yours from the moment you land. There's a heated pool, so bring a swimsuit.
Come dressed as nice or as comfortable as you want.
Landing late or missing the start? Truly no stress. There will be a plate waiting, and having you there for the weekend is what counts.
A gentle first night, I think.
Fares only go up, so please book as soon as you can. Aim to land at Marrakech airport by 7 pm on Friday. That leaves enough time for immigration (which is notoriously slow), a stop at your accommodation, and the first dinner at 9 pm.
Landing later because of work or kids? Completely fine. Come when you can, there will be food waiting for you.
Your accommodation is already taken care of, and it's my gift. It's a short ride from the palace; I'll send the address closer to the date. Someone will be waiting for you at the airport, and I'll group people by arrival time so you ride together.
Closer to the event I'll send a short survey for flight details and meals attendance.
Bring your evening clothes and your costume with you when you arrive on Saturday. You can shower and change at the palace. A round trip would make you miss part of the fun stuff that's planned.
Come as early as you like. Towels provided, sun hopefully too.
Followed by a little sunset act. Then everyone goes to change into costume.

Come dressed as whatever you want. Go crazy. Be a Pokémon, be a vegetable, be a cow. Be whatever brings out the best of your personality. Be whatever you wish you could always wear for one night, without looking like you were the only one. This is not the night to look good, this is the night to look fun!

Stay the day and leave as late as you'd like. If you need to skip brunch for a flight, just tell me in the survey I'll send later so I don't count you in.
Nearby the palace, which is about 40 minutes from the airport. I'll send the address of your accommodation closer to the date.
Airport taxis are organised: roughly €30 each way, split between riders. During the weekend, drivers are on call between your accommodation and the palace, and you'll have one number to text for rides.
